1. Booking and Payments
All bookings are subject to availability.
A minimum deposit (usually non-refundable) is required at the time of booking.
Full payment must be completed before the travel start date, as per the schedule provided.

2. Cancellations & Refund Policy
Cancellation by the customer must be communicated in writing.
Cancellation charges apply as follows:

In case of cancellation by the company (except force majeure), a full refund will be provided.
3. Modifications

4. Responsibilities & Liabilities
The company acts only as a travel coordinator and shall not be liable for any loss, damage, accident, delay, or irregularity caused by third-party vendors.
Travelers are responsible for their own travel documents, including valid ID, passport, visa, insurance, and health requirements.
5. Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is not included unless stated otherwise.
We strongly recommend all travelers obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellation, medical emergencies, and personal belongings.
6. User Conduct
Clients are expected to behave respectfully during the tour.
Misconduct, illegal activities, or disrespect towards local customs or guides may result in removal from the tour at the client’s own expense.
7. Force Majeure
We are not liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, war, strikes, pandemics, or government restrictions.
8. Privacy Policy

9. Dispute Resolution
